*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner apprehends that he would be illegally dispossessed from his dwelling house situated in Natham Survey No.80, Periyasamypuram Village, Tuticorin District 2.According to the writ petitioner, he had occupied the land classified as "Grama Natham". It is not open to the revenue authorities to interfere with his possession or to evict him. There is nothing on record to show that the revenue authorities have passed any orders adverse to the writ petitioner. 3.This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to take any action against the writ petitioner except under due process of law.
