The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2012 in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The complaint of the petitioner is that despite the decree for permanent injunction granted in his favour in O.S.No.407 of 1966 and O.S.No.248 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif, Musiri, the respondents have laid a pipeline in violation of the same.

3. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to execute the decree for permanent injunction in the manner known to law. The Revenue authorities have no role to play in a dispute which is purely private and hence, in the absence of statutory duty cast upon the Revenue authority, I do not think that a Mandamus as prayed for should be issued. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
