This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission for the petitioner to effect substituted service in the above appeal in C.M.A.(MD) No.1027 of 2024, on the file of this Court, by way of an advertisement in any one of the Tamil daily newspapers circulated in Thanjavur District, for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
