The petitioner had submitted a representation for cancellation of the entry in the revenue records that Natham Survey No.348/23 is a pathway and to instead grant a patta to the petitioner. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the matter is pending consideration of the Revenue Divisional Officer and that an order would be issued on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing 2/4

a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such order. No costs.
