This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to return the original document and other related documents in connection with Loan Account No.30801094565. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the property in question from one Jeyaraman and before purchase, the said Jeyaraman had already obtained housing loan from the first respondent by depositing some documents related to the property in dispute and as per the agreement entered into between the original owner and petitioner, the petitioner has discharged the entire loan amount and subsequently, he made a representation dated 03.01.2013 to the second respondent, seeking return of documents, already deposited. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that a criminal case is pending against the original owner.

4.Such being the case, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to agitate their grievance before the competent authority. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
