ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is no complaint pending against the petitioners; and that however, there are three previous cases pending against the second petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is needless to say that the respondent Police in the guise of enquiry cannot harass any person. However, if the petitioners' presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons to the petitioners and on such summons, the petitioners shall appear before the respondents.
