Prayer : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed by the learned Family Court, Sivagangai in M.C.No.37 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024 for the present.

Heard Mr.RM.Arun Swaminathan, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.G.B.Kaveri Mani, learned Counsel for Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned Counsel for the Respondent.
2. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed by the learned Family Court, Sivagangai in M.C.No.37 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024.
3. Mr.RM.Arun Swaminathan, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, submits that in view of the order passed by this Court dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.780 of 2024, he do not want to press this 2/4
petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
4. Mr.G.B.Kaveri Mani, learned Counsel for the Respondent stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and in view of the order passed by this Court dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.780 of 2025, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The file is consigned to record. Consequently, Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.64155 of 2025 is rejected. There shall be no order as to costs. File is consigned to record.
