ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Settlement deed dated 23.07.2025 was executed by the writ petitioner in favour her grandson. It was presented for registration. The registering authority declined to register the document by doubting the petitioner's gender. In the patta, the petitioner had been described as son of Vellaisamy. Actually, she should have been described as the daughter of Vellaisamy. This is obviously a typographical error. 2/4
