By relying on a sale deed dated 20.07.1981 and patta No.262, the petitioner applied for a survey of the land in Natham Survey No.143/4B of an extent of 3.74 ares.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. Because an individual patta has been issued to the petitioner, he submits that the application would be acted upon within three (3) months.
3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records in his name in respect of the relevant property. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing 2/4
notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. NCS : Yes/No 13.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd To
