The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.127 of 2024.

2. The notice to the respondent is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2024 and the petitioner has filed an application under VII order 11 to reject the plaint in I.A.No.1 of 2024 and the same is kept pending for the past one year, there shall be a direction to the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose the suit in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.127 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
