The petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.32221 of 2025 is the sister of the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.32299 of 2025. Both of them purchased the land in survey No.37/868 part from one Nagaraj and Meiyammal under two separate sale deeds. In the aggregate, about 7 1⁄2 cents was purchased by these two persons from and out of total extent of about 20.50 cents. After applying for pattas in relation thereto, the present Writ Petitions have been filed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's vendor has also sold the remaining extent of about 8 cents to one Ramukannu. Therefore, he submits that notice would be issued to the petitioner's vendor and other 2/4
purchaser and a decision would be taken thereafter.
3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to consider the request of each petitioner and pass orders thereon on merits after issuing notice and providing a reasonable opportunity to each petitioner, the current pattadar and the third party purchaser from the petitioner's vendor. A speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
