Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned recovery proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent dated 06.02.2013 bearing Na.Ka.No.18038/12/C5 and quash the same and direct the respondents to refund the amount paid by the petitioner for the non lease period.
