This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate compensation to the petitioner i.e., Rs.12,00,000/- by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025, an order was passed on 02.09.2025 itself.

3. In view of the above submission, no direction can be issued. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.09.2025 in accordance with law, if so advised.
