ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2025 and file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
