ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent No.1 to register the General Power of Attorney deed dated 09.10.2025 presented by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner intends to register the power of attorney dated 09.10.2025. However, the 2nd respondent has made some objections and hence, the first respondent refused to receive the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent would submit that after due notice to the 2nd respondent, the first respondent shall take a decision.

5. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:

After due notice to the parties concerned, the 1st respondent shall take a decision with regard to registration of the general power of attorney dated 09.10.2025.

No costs.
