ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on 15.09.2025 itself, the petitioner's request for issuance of public building license was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to serve a copy of the said rejection order on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner will have to question the same in the manner known to law. 2.This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
