Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot the renovation work to the petitioner "to renovate the Water Leakage of Temple Top Basement" in Arulmigu Thuvaralpathiamman Thirukovil situated at Chokkalingapurama Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2025.

2.The petitioner has come forward to carryout donor works in the petition mentioned temple. The petitioner has catalogued certain works in which he is interested. It appears that those works have already been allotted to somebody else. It is open to the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent and obtain allotment order for carrying out the donor work for any one of the remaining work.
