O R D E R

The order of transfer dated 04.02.2013, transferring the writ petitioner as Assistant Superintendent, Government Children Home, Virudhunagar from Thattaparai, is under challenge in this writ petition. It is pertinent to note that at the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 57 years and now he would be around 62 years and attained the age of superannuation. This being the factum of the case no further adjudication is required in respect of the order of transfer which is under challenge in this writ petition.
