The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.598 of 2024, a final report has been filed by the first respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvidaimaruthur, Thanjavur District 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
