By relying on a sale deed dated 28.01.2020 in favour of the petitioner's mother, a gift settlement deed dated 07.03.2023 in favour of the petitioner and patta No.10144 standing in the petitioner's name, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of the land in survey No. 120/18A2. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the action would be initiated on the petitioner's application and that the survey would be conducted after considering the objections, if any, of the adjacent landowners.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the property. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. 2/4

In the above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey after issuing notice to the owners of the relevant adjacent land and considering objections, if any, from them.
