ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner wants action to be taken against the fourth respondent. I do not propose to grant the said relief. The case of the petitioner is that O.S.No.2 of 2021 filed by him on the file of District Munsif Court, Kadaladi seeking declaration and permanent injunction was decreed in his favour. The petitioner's grievance is that notwithstanding the said decree and even though the registering authority was a party to the suit, documents are entertained from third parties and 2/5

registered in respect of the suit property. The petitioner's grievances can be redressed by directing the third respondent to register the decree made in O.S.No.2 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Kadaladi. 3.The petitioner is permitted to file an application along with the certified copy of the decree and thereupon the said decree shall be registered by the third respondent. As and when anybody applies for encumbrance in respect of the suit property, the fact that a decree has been passed in favour of the writ petitioner shall be duly reflected. Whether the registering authority had erred or not, and whether any action is to be taken against him is for the disciplinary authority to take a call in the matter.

4.With the aforesaid direction and observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
