ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the third respondent to conduct interview for the petitioner as per the interview call letter dated 30.08.2012 sent by the third respondent / The General Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation.
2.None appeared for the writ petitioner.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The claim of the writ petitioner is that he received an interview call letter for appointment to the post of Mechanic and
he attended the interview in the third respondent office with all certificates. However, the writ petitioner was prevented from attending the interview by the staff of the third respondent, stating that the writ petitioner was not having apprenticeship certificate from the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. Though, the writ petitioner states that he was prevented from attending the interview, he had not made any representation immediately, even as per the affidavit, the writ petitioner submitted a representation only on 05.10.2012, after a lapse of about of 1 month from the date of conduct of the interview. Thus, the submission made in this regard cannot be trusted upon, now, after this length of time.
4.This apart, the process of selection was already completed and now at this length of time, the relief as such sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted.
5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
