The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4. It is submitted that the first respondent died and none appears for the second respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 80 days.
