ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take necessary actions by considering his representation dated 19.04.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if the petitioner appears before the respondents and produces the relevant documents, the respondents would take further action in accordance with law.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents and the respondents shall thereafter conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action and communicate the result of action taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
