ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.07.2025 and transfer the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent or any other officials. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2024, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
