ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2013.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.63, Karungali Village, Sivagangai District. While so, one Latha, who is added as eighth respondent in this writ petition, with the connivance of the respondents 5 and 6 obtained loan from the NABARD bank under the "Drought Prone Area Development Program" by creating forged documents in respect of the above said petitioner's land and they have also misappropriated the funds. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.01.2013 to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against them. As the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed. 3.

First of all, if the petitioner's grievance is that some third parties have created forged documents and thereby cheated the petitioner, it is always open to him to approach the concerned police station and file a criminal case against them and the respondents 1 to 3 have no power to deal with the grievance expressed by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is not maintainable. However, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the concerned police station and give complaint against the persons, who alleged to have been committed forgery.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
