This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No. 3973 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judge, Principal Special Court for trial of NDPS Act cases, Madurai, dated, 31.10.2025 and to modify the condition imposed by the trial Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the trial Judge is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
