ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2024 and to restore the public canal in north to south direction in survey Nos.217/3, 217/4B, 217/3A, Uranganpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 29.07.2024 to restore the public canal in north to south direction in survey Nos.217/3, 217/4B, 217/3A, Uranganpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the 2/4
representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 after issuing due notice to the fourth respondent and thereafter, dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
