Patta was issued to the petitioner by proceedings dated 22.09.2009. By relying on such patta and the Adangal extract reflecting the petitioner's name, the petitioner seeks the uploading of such patta in the online records.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been in possession of the property from the year 2000 and has paid property tax, electricity bills and water charges in respect thereof.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application to upload the patta online would be considered and that orders would be issued within a maximum period of three (3) months.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to initiate action on the petitioner's application to upload the 2/4

patta online and take necessary measures in relation thereto within three
