This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to initiate necessary action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2013 in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.According to the petitioner, one Subramani and other
three persons tried to grab some extent of the petitioner's property by fabricating false documents and the said Subramani has also got patta in his name in respect of the property in dispute. Hence, in order to cancel the patta granted in favour of the said Subramani, the petitioner has given a representation 19.01.2013 to the respondents 2 and 3. As no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioner, he has come before this Court with the above prayer.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submits that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents 1, 2 and 4, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.
