ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 within a reasonable time as may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first and second respondents. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3.By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
