Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13044 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.13044 of 2025, has been duly complied with. Copies of the FMB sketch and Patta No. 1115 are produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
