connection with the case in Crime No.241 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.442 of 2025 on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul, dated 19.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.442 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction 2/4

of the Court. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
