Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.3/2012/A1 dated 11.06.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of ten year services from the date of his appointment on 04.07.1984 as per G.O.Ms.No.878 dated 15.06.1981 and disburse all the monetary benefits and arrears accrued to his service till the date of his retirement and pay the full pensionary benefits for 28 long years of service in accordance with law.

The case was listed for hearing on 06.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Again, the writ petition was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 19.02.2018. there was no representation for the petitioner again the matter was posted under caption "for dismissal". Today i.e. on 27.02.2018 also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner.

2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
