O R D E R
Heard Mr. D. Jebaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Ms. D. Geetha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the decretal order dated 06.10.2025 passed in E.P. No.7 of 2021 in C.P. No.29 of 2011 in I.D. No.41 of 2005 on the file of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli. 3.This Court, by order dated 11.03.2026, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the Labour Court, Tirunelveli, and permitted the respondent to withdraw the said amount. The said order was passed taking into consideration the pendency of a Writ Appeal challenging the order of the learned Single Judge, whereby the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D. No.41 of 2005 had been confirmed. 4.It has now been brought to the notice of this Court that the said Writ Appeal has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and that the award passed by the Labour Court, Tirunelveli, has attained finality
upon such confirmation.
5.In view of the above development, no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the respondent to proceed with and recover the balance amount due, if any, in accordance with law through the pending execution proceedings.
6.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
