ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 4 to cancel the lease made in favour of the fifth respondent in respect of the Punja land in Survey Number 7/1 of Madam Alankulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the lease already granted in favour of the petitioner is cancelled. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
