PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and fix boundaries for the petitioner's land admeasuring 0.66 Are (700 Sq.Ft. approx.) situated in S.No.173/28, Chettikulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, within anytime stipulated by this Court. ORDER

By relying on patta No.602 in relation to the land in Natham Survey No. 173/28, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that there is no dispute in relation to the property.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application and all necessary steps would be taken within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey and complete the entire process within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
