ORDER
Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who would indicate that even though, the Court while passing the order dated 18.11.2025 had directed not only the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose of the I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.120 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur within a time frame and but also till such time the respondents were directed not to precipitate the matter. However, in the uploaded order copy, the direction that was ordered by this Court is not reflected.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent would also accept that this Court had given such a direction.
3. In such view of the matter, the Registry is directed to make the add the following to the paragraph No.3 in the order dated 18.11.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
"Till such time, the respondents are directed not to precipitate the matter. However, considering the pleadings in the suit 2/4
have been completed, the suit in O.S.No.120 of 2025 shall also be disposed of within a period of six months thereafter. The Court below shall not entertain any adjournments at request of either sides unnecessarily."
