The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to continue as Village Panchayat Secretary in 3rd Respondent Village. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was selected and appointed as Panchayat Assistant. The proper service register was opened and the writ petitioner was granted with a time scale of pay, but, he was not allowed to serve as Public Secretary. petitioner claims that he was illegally discharged by the President of the Panchayat. In this regard, he made several representations to the respondents and no action has been taken and accordingly the writ petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is received from the writ petitioner, then the first respondent is at liberty to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the reasonable period of time.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
