Heard both sides.

2. By the impugned communication, the third respondent had called upon the petitioner to vacate the petition-mentioned premises. Default clause is to the effect that if the petitioner fails to comply with the said demand, action will be taken under Sections 78 and 79 of HR&CE Act.

3. The third respondent does not propose to coercively enforce the impugned demand. The third respondent only proposes to adhere to due process of law. Hence, interference with the impugned communication is not warranted.

4. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
