The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.16445 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024, has not been complied with.

2.The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that as per orders of this Court a proposal has already been sent, on 31.10.2025. However, the order of appointment would be sent on seniority.
