The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to reimburse the balance medical expenses based on his representation dated 24.01.2013.

Whether the petitioner is entitled to the balance medical expenses as claimed by him is the question that has to be considered and decided on merits and in accordance with law by the respondent and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2013 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the representation is not disposed of already. No costs.
