Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants the second respondent to register the petition mentioned decree. Section 23 of the Registration Act, 1908 which prescribes the period of limitation is not applicable to the registration of Court decrees. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to submit a certified copy of the petition mentioned decree before the second respondent. The second respondent shall register the same.
