This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2013 and pass appropriate orders.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is aggrieved as against some mistake committed in the UDR patta. Therefore, he made a representation seeking for effecting necessary corrections in the UDR pattta. As the second respondent is the competent authority, he has to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, this Court, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
