ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's mother's application dated 08.10.2025 and petitioner's application dated 23.04.2025 under humanitarian grounds and to provide employment to the petitioner under compassionate ground.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to provide job on compessionate appointment, since he and his mother have 2/4

also made representations to the respondents on 23.04.2025 and 08.10.2025, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and his mother dated 3.04.2025 and 08.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
