ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent development, namely, that the appointment of Special Public Prosecutor has already been made.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
