PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS, to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Cr.No.5/2025 dt. 22.04.2025 on the file of the respondent police to quash the same as illegal and for consequential orders.

ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
