ORDER

Challenging the order of the second respondent appointing the petitioner as a poojari, a review petition has been filed in R.P.No.3 of 2005 before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Though the petitioner has raised several grounds in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the review petition filed by him as expeditiously as possible.

3.I am also of the view that the petitioner cannot canvass identical issues before two different forums. Hence, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's review petition in R.P.No.3 of 2005 dated 21.03.2005 and pass orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
