The order of termination dated 29.01.2013 issued by the respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. Admittedly, the writ petitioner was appointed on contract basis for a specific period of two years from the date of signing of contract. The contract was signed by the writ petitioner on 26.09.2007. This appointment itself is on contract basis, on certain terms and conditions and for a period of two years. The period of two years was lapsed during the year 2009 itself. However, the extension of service was granted to the writ petitioner, subsequently, an order of termination was issued on 29.01.2013. The order of termination states that the performance of the writ petitioner was assessed and it was stated as below average. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This being the factum of the case, the writ petitioner has not established any acceptable legal ground for the purpose of
considering the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition. The period of contract was already over during the year 2009 itself and the order of termination was issued in the year 2013 on the ground that the service of the writ petitioner was unsatisfactory. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
