[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 243 days in the filing the above writ appeal. 2.

Mr.B.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Since there is no objection on the part of the first respondent for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 243 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that a connected writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No.2446 of 2025 is pending before this Court and it has been directed to be listed on 15.12.2025.

5. In view of the above, Registry is directed to post the present writ appeal, after numbering, for admission on 15.12.2025 along with the connected W.A.(MD) No.2446 of 2025.
